Mezzetta.

Dear Mezzetta,

We are huge fans of your peppers in our house. The husband loves peppers on his sandwich. I loved them that time we wrapped them in bacon and served them up as an appetizer for a holiday party. Now you have a whole new line of flavors, I am particularly fond of the Imported Golden Greek Peperoncini.

I made pepper, onion, mushroom kabobs and grilled them up as a side dish...it was sooooooooooooo tasty...and more importantly...easy to prepare. ( recipe below )

Sincerely,
Me.

P.S. If you are a fan of giveaways, be sure to check this one out ---> HERE you can win some awesome prizes!! Prizes including a Weber 3 piece tool set, Mezzetta Peppers, a summer entertaining kit, and even a grill.

Assortment of fresh veggies ( onions, garden tomatoes, mushrooms, olives)
meat (optional)
wooden skewers ( soaked in water for about 45mins.)
olive oil ( to drizzle over veggies )
salt and pepper ( to taste )

Allow skewers to soak, then arrange peppers and veggies of choice. Drizzle olive oil over the top of veggies and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for about 25-45 mins ( depending on veggies )
