The other day we wanted s'mores...we also didn't want to start + tend to the fire. Truth be told sometimes we toast the marshmallows over the gas stove flame...I know, I know...its probably not the wisest choice. Enter S'mores in a pan!
I simply placed chocolate chips in the bottom of a pan...top with marshmallows...bake for 5-10 minutes...keep a close eye on these so the marshmallows don't burn...if marshmallows aren't toasted enough...broiled them until the marshmallows are at a desired level of toast for your liking.
Funny note: we were already to eat our treat...and we realized we were out of graham crackers for dipping...we did have Teddy Grahams and they did the trick!
