On New Years Eve 2016...we decided to take the kids ice skating. Linden Square over in Gladstone is where we ended up. I would highly recommend this place! It was close to home...and it was soooooo affordable! Often times it's hard for a big family to find something fun to do that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
The ice was actually plastic...which I thought was great for young children. They had assist rails...and the music was a soundtrack from my dreams. We had so much fun laughing, playing color tag and watching a few of our crew members look like Bambi on ice.
The coolest part? We were the only ones there...it was an introverts dream.
They are currently closed for the season...but be sure to check it out next winter!
