You'll need:
1 pound of hamburger meat ($3-$4)
1 pound of pasta ($1)
Sauce of your choice ($3)
Cheddar cheese 1 bag ($3)
Optional : side salad and or bread
Cost: $10 - ish dollars
Cook meat + pasta. Then layer pasta, meat, sauce, and cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
