I've been itching to make this ornament wreath for a few years now. I just so happen to pick up a bag of ornaments on clearance last year after Christmas. So I used those + some extra bulbs I had laying around + a styrofoam wreath I picked up at the dollar store + some hot glue.
The tutorial is fairly self explanatory...simple start poking the bulbs into the wreath...glue them down with hot glue...fill in the gaps until you have a wreath you like.
This probably took me about 20mins to complete. You could use this alone or glue it down onto an evergreen style wreath.
Easy peasy.
