This bible is so neat!! It is perfect for young readers (ok, and adults...I found it very useful)
The bible contains color codes verses. The colors are broken down into the following categories...
GOLD: God
NAVY: sin, evil
RED: Jesus
ORANGE: washed clean from sin, new life
GREEN: growth in your new life as a Christian and your faith walk.
BLUE: prayer, praise
PURPLE: heaven
I find this system so ideal for new Christians and youth!

I honestly do not remember how old I was when I received my first bible. I was probably around 10 or 12 and my parents gave me my bible and had my name engraved in it.

I got my first Bible from my mom at 12 years old. It was black with my name gold embossed. :)
