a french rolling pin and breadsticks.

I received a fancy French Rolling pin, thanks to Tomoson. I get to keep it all in exchange for an honest blog review.

In all honesty, I'm smitten. I feel like Julia Child. I used my new Beech Wood rolling pin to whip up some homemade breadsticks. It rolled my dough out easy and smooth, no dough stuck, it was easy to clean, and there is even a cute little Effie Tower stamped on the end. I would highly recommend this rolling pin to any baker in your life.

Want to make homemade bread sticks?

You'll need

3 1/2 cups of flour ( I used organic)
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. sea salt
1 package of yeast
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups of water

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast into a mixer. If you don't have a mixer a wooden spoon will work. Then add water and oil and knead until it resembles dough. Allow dough to rise 1 hour. Roll dough our and create break sticks, cheese sticks, or pizza with toppings of your choice. I used olive oil, herbs, and cheese. Bake at 400 for about 15 mins.
