The fine folks over at Tommy Nelson have really outdone themselves this time. They are introducing a series called Brave Girls. As a mama to now 3 daughters, I couldn't be more happy to have this book in my home. The outline of the book is women of the bible. In this book you will follow Hope, Glory, Honor, Gracie, and Faith...young girls that became friends at a youth group. These young ladies will take your through the amazing stories of strong and faithful women like Esther, Miriam, Mary, and more.
This idea is so unique and I am smitten and my seven year old is as well. She loves the 5 brave girls and already and even has a favorite. Each girl comes from different walks of life, which makes them easy to identify with. The illustrations are colorful and vibrate and the words are perfect for early readers and beyond.
