Guilty. Often times this is easier said than done. Next time you feel rushed, stress, tired, angry, hungry, sleep deprived...pull the emergency break when you feel unkind words arise.

oh my goodness this is so true, I often end up shaking my head at the little things I say in the heat of the moment that I don't mean not even one little bit.
