So not to go completely county on you...but I LOVE my cast iron skillet!!!!

If you don't have one, get one. They are so affordable and perfect for cooking everything!

You can never use soap on you skillet and you have to season it...here are some tips:

I found a cast iron skillet at a thrift store for about $3 last week. But the inside was a little rusty and I didn't know If or how I could get it out... but I'm definitely looking for a good one!

Do you use a dutch oven? those are my favorite!

i love cast iron! :) it's all i've used, my mom gave me some of her old ones when i get married. i even have this gigantic skillet that belonged to my grandparents when they were first married. they can last a LONG time! :)
