Ok so I did it, I caved in and we put up our Christmas decorations last night ... 6 1/2 hours later (yes you read that correctly)... A few broken bulbs and globes, thanks to my blued monster Jude.{I am fairly sure Jude will grow up to be an Olympic shot put thrower}
There
was a cut finger which sent me into a frantic search for my first aid
kit. I was informed all I really needed was to grab was a napkin or
tissue paper. I tend to go into panic mode when I think something might require stitches...or band-aid in this case.
Oh and did I mention I thought it would be a good idea to cook
a turkey dinner along with this ///Nice ///I figured I needed to practice for next week.
p.s. Elisabeth was such a good little decorator. It was like Christmas for her opening up all our Christmas goodies. When I put her in bed last night I found a nice little collection of items she must have loved and she decided to tucked them in her baby doll crib and snuggled them up with a blanket
at first, i thought all those pictures were at your house. and i was pretty jealous, but then i realized those were just ideas. : ) but i'm sure your house looks amazing because you already have a beautiful house and you have such a great sense of decorating!
but really...you are supposed to wait until after thanksgiving to decorate!
Great decorating options! I especially like the one with the red wreaths. I think I might have told you that I've already put up a Christmas tree too :) I guess we both caved in-hee hee!
