You'll need pretzel sticks + chocolate chips + red candies + candy eyes.
Melt the chocolate and dip to pretzel sticks in the chocolate...or place to pretzel sticks down on parchment paper and poor melted chocolate on top to create a circle.
Place one red candy on the chocolate for the nose and two eyes. Then place in freezer until chocolate is hardened.
