It's the New Year! I love the start of the New Year! It brings such a fresh restart, a way to reset, a clean slate. Like most of the world I need a reset in my diet! I've spent the last month filling my body with  JUNK! I want to add more healthy foods with out sacrificing taste.

Caulipower products are where it's at!!

This past week my family and I tested out Caulipower pizza + chicken

Remind you there are six family members in my home, they can be a tough crowd. In fact, I can count on my hand the meals that we all agree on and enjoy. I can now confidently...add BOTH of these products to that list.

I appreciated that I could make cook one pizza with a "softer" crust and one pizza  with a "crisper" crust. Both ways tasted amazing.  One of my children did state that it smelled like cauliflower in the kitchen but they never put together that it was the pizza! I told them after they finished lunch that their pizza was made with cauliflower and their little minds were BLOWN!!

Why Caulipower products?

The pizza is low in calories & fat, has 30% less sugar than leading frozen pizzas, and the  cauliflower crust pizza is spot on with flavor!

The chicken has only 490 calories for the whole darn bag! You guys, 490 FOR THE WHOLE BAG!!!! It is delicious chicken with a crispy coating packed with cauliflower and it'sthe only BAKED (not fried) chicken tender you can purchase.

I made two pizzas + the entire bag of chicken and my tiny clan devoured IT ALL! The poor hubs didn't even get to eat any!! Little vultures, I tell ya, little vultures.

I'm also going to make it a point this new year to get more creative with school lunches and offer more healthy choices to eat. These Caulipower Chicken tenders would be perfect cold in my kiddos lunch boxes! Ok, and the pizza too! Anyone else a fan of cold pizza!? Cold next day pizza is my jam...now I just need to figure out how to stop them all from eating it so I can have some leftovers...
