Are you looking for an easy and delicious meal!? Look no further! These meatball sliders are one of my family's favorite meals! These are so simple to make. They can also be made ahead of time and thrown in the oven for a quick heat up on a busy night.
For this recipe you'll need a few simple ingredients:
- Carando® Fresh Italian-Style Meatballs (available in Abruzzese, Sicilian, & Mozzarella Rustica)
- Sandwich rolls
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese

That was most definitely the case for these meatball sliders!
Now onto the recipe!
Step 1: Cook the meatballs. I choose to cook mine in a good old fashion skillet. Baking would working quite nicely as would cooking these delicious meatballs in a slow cooker. Once meatballs are cooked, set them aside.
Step 2: Remove a portion of the bead tops, just enough to make room for the meatball.
Step 3: Melt butter and brush the rolls.
Step 4: Mix together a few of your favorite spices...I used garlic salt, pepper, dried basil, and dried parsley. Then sprinkle the herbs over the melded butter on the rolls.
Step 5: With a spoon ladle a heap of marinara sauce on the rolls...not too much...just enough to help the rolls not dry out.
Step 6: Add one meatball to each roll, then top with another spoonful of marinara sauce.
Step 7: Top all the rolls with cheese.
Step 8: Bake or Broil until the cheese is bubbly or melted.
That's it! Dinner in no time!
