This is hands down the world's best pumpkin bread. I wish I could take credit for inventing this slice of heaven, but I can't. I got this recipe from a local grocery store cook book. It was a blue ribbon winner and submitted by a Vicky Flake. So, Vicky Flake who ever you are, and where ever you are thanks for sharing this delicious baked good.
I am paying it forward by sharing this recipe with you. Your welcome.

You'll need:
3 1/2 cups of flour // 2 tsp. baking soda // 1 1/2 tsp. salt // 1 tsp. cinnamon // 3 cups of sugar // 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice // 1 cup vegetable oil // 4 eggs // 2/3 cup of water // 1 can (or 2 cups) of pumpkin //
Mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet. Pour batter into one large loaf pan or into two small pans and then bake @350 for 60 to 70 mins. This bread is amazing right out of the over...and even better if you cover the loaf with foil for a day before eating.
And I will be making this this weekend :-)
It's definitely time for all things pumpkin. Excited to try this! So impressed you were able to make this! Haha. I feel like ok just now able to tread water! Lol.
I should probably say thanks to Vicky too.
Hope y'all are well! Xo
I will definitely have to whip up some pumpkin bread this month. Love!
