sweets and running.

These have banana's that makes it somewhat healthy...right?

I saw this via pinterest and had to show hubs...I've been saying this for years.

Ok, truth be told...I don't really like running...like is a strong word.

I love walking, but as of late I need to rid those last few baby lbs...and running is the only way...

 moral of the story : I love sweets more than I dislike running.


Do you like running? ... or do you have alternative motives like myself.?

Girl, i SO want to like running. I really do. But I really, really don't.
And I, (as you know) really, really like dessert.
I've been going to hot yoga twice a week. I like that.

We would be really, really bad for each other. Eating dessert in the kitchen when we should be out walking. :o
And maybe, saying realllly a lot. Ha.

I am NOT a runner. I do like to walk, but I have a wonky right knee that gives me a fit well into walking. Boooo!

I've been wanting to make those forever..and now I think I'll have to very soon. They look delish.

And I HATE running. I have always hated it, and I think I will forever hate it. My friend swears that the only way she succeeds in running is running with gum in her mouth. I tried it on a hike once and I was barely out of breath at all.

Hahaha. So funny. I actually love running--my husband however, LOVES dessert. :) I plan on buying him that as a surprise. Too cute!

i like sweets and i like running. unfortunately it's really hard for me to work out while i'm nursing. my supply is low...so no running, sweets, and baby weight is a bad combo.

I do not like to run at all. I've tried to pick it up here and there over the last few years and it just doesn't work for me. I found that I really like Zumba though. It helped get me back into shape after my second baby and if I could just stop eating all those sweets I'm sure I'd be doing even better. But I'm not giving them up...ever.
p.s. I've made the banana treats with a little nutella spread in there and it's heaven.

i have an extreme love for sweets! I do also enjoy running but switch up my workouts with work out videos. BUT part of the reason I work out is so I can eat sweets! : )

You sound exactly like me. I don't love running, but I've been doing it for about ten years now, mainly so I can eat what I want for the most part! :)

LOVE running. Love it. It's so freeing and I get a high off the accomplishment of finishing my run. Lets just be long distance running buddies, mmkay? Lets not give up sweets though. That would be sinful!
