I've been thinking about all the things I find very routine that our kids do through out the day...or the things I do for them...are going to be the very things I am going to miss when they are gone:
picking up of the markers 20 times a day/ pushing the stools back in/ the endless laundry/ Jude's lizard/ (seriously that thing gives me the creeps...I find it every where}/ and the beds that always need to be made
...well maybe not the laundry :)

So true. We will miss it all. :)
You won my giveaway! I need your email address!
Luckily you've got a ways to go before that happens---I can't believe a year from now, I'll be getting my daughter ready for college, just crazy! I will miss many many things about her presence here...;)
the lizard totally creeped me out. my son used to have a robotic tarantula. he'd get me every time.
BOYS!!!
when i'm having a bad day i think the same thing...man i'm gonna miss this when they're gone.
WAAAA!!!!
xxO
my hubby once asked me what i'm going to do once the kids are in school...i laughed. it's kind of hard to imagine how i'll spend all that time, but i have no doubt that it will fill up faster than i could imagine and I'll be longer for the days to pick up markers.
You are so right. I was reminding myself of that yesterday while I was hanging out at the baby pool with Marlowe while all the other moms (with older kids) were sitting around reading books and chatting.
Love this.
My mother-in-law always says there is no sweeter time in life than when the kids are small. We're just too busy to really enjoy it some days.
Happy Weekend!
