You'll need:
NatureSweet tomatoes (any variety) cut in halves or quarters
Red onion thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
2/3 cup of olive oil
Fresh basil (sliced)
Half of a freshly squeezed lemon
Salt + Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients into a mason jar and cover and store in fridge for 3-4 days.
