You'll need:
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup of shredded Hy-Vee Parmesan
- 1 cup of Hy-Vee cheddar cheese
- 1 package of croissants (fresh or refrigerated kind (baked first))
- 3 cups of Hy-Vee milk
- 1 cup of Hy-Vee heavy cream
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups of Hy-Vee Monterey Jack (shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage and then mix with parmesan and cheddar, cheese, and milk and heavy cream and eggs. Tear up croissants into bite-size pieces and put in a greased baking dish. Then top with sausage mixture. Finally, top with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350 for 30–45 mins.
