COFFEE CAKE. This is a game changer. Have you ever made a cake with JELL-O instant pudding? This was my first time using instant pudding in a cake and it will be permanent thing. You'll need: yellow cake mix + instant vanilla pudding + 1/2 water + 1/2 buttermilk + 1/3 cup of oil + 3 eggs + 1/2 cup of sour cream. Mix everything together in a mixer, except the sour cream. Fold the sour cream in at the end. #foldinthecheesedavid // pour batter into pan // for the topping : 1 cup brown sugar
+ 1/4 cup granulated sugar +
1 cup flour + 2 teaspoons cinnamon + 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt + 1/2 cup butter. Mix everything together except the butter. Pour streusel mixture on top of the batter. Top with cut butter. Bake 350 for 45 mins. // enjoy! If it were Tuesday I'd tell you...I enjoyed a slice and our Labrador enjoyed the rest of the pan.
