Heart shaped mini pie treats

PIE CRUST: 
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 cup (2 sticks or 8 ounces) unsalted butter, very-cold, cut into 1/2 inch cubes*
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp ice water
Filling: 

1 cup of brown sugar 

1 tsp of cinnamon 

1 tsp of flour 

Icing: 

1 cup of powdered sugar 

1 tsp of cinnamon 

2 tbsp. of milk

Roll out dough. Cut into shape. Egg wash. Fill. Top. Press. Egg wash. Bake @350 for 20 mins. Ice while warm.
